The light as you enter the room and the balcony light did not work. The bedside lamps barely worked and the desk lamp did not work at all. They want to charge $4 for a bottle of water, but not have a fridge to put them in to keep them cold. Since there was no fridge, I had to use the ice bucket and 1 of the extra garbage cans in the room filled with Ice and put my drinks in those. I had to call and have 4 more pillows brought to my room.
My wife thought it was too soft, however I like a softer bed. And even then, the only 2 good things about our room was the balcony and the bed. No hotel room amenities.(mini fridge, microwave, coffee maker, disposable cups etc) I am glad I downgraded from a spa suite ($499/night) to a Lakeview room($199/night).
